| Edinburgh was amazing! The streets are narrow and some are cobblestone. The buildings look old and give the city a very ancient feel. Because all the buildings are brown, the city might not seem as bright as others, but surrounding the area are giant hills with trails and walkways. You can take a 3 minute walk and go from buildings and stores to grass, hills, bikers, and afternoon joggers. The most interesting part of the city for me was walking to the castle on a hill right in the center of the city. The bus tour helped explain what the city had to offer, but nothing beats walking around Edinburgh and over the city's bridges on your own. |
